ListingNest AI ("we", "us") provides an AI-powered growth platform for real estate professionals. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to our websites, applications, and services (the "Service").

1. Data we collect

  • Account data — name, email address, password hash, locale, and profile details you provide (license number, brokerage, phone, photo).
  • Workspace data — property listings, contacts, leads, open-house events, visitor check-ins, messages, reviews, testimonials, and content you or your team create.
  • Visitor check-in data — when a person checks in at an open house hosted by one of our customers, we process their submitted details (name, contact information, preferences, and consent choices) on that customer's behalf as a data processor.
  • Usage & device data — log data, IP address, browser type, and feature-usage events used for security, quotas, and product improvement.
  • Billing data — subscription status and payer email from PayPal. We never see or store full card numbers.

2. How we use data

  • To provide and secure the Service, including authentication and tenant isolation.
  • To generate AI content you request. Inputs and outputs are stored in your workspace for accountability and review.
  • To send transactional messages (e.g., password resets, hot-lead alerts you enable).
  • To send SMS or marketing email to your contacts only when a consent record exists, and to honor opt-outs (e.g., STOP replies) automatically.
  • To meter usage against your plan and process subscription billing via PayPal.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

3. AI processing

Content generation is performed by third-party AI providers (Anthropic and/or OpenAI) under data processing terms. Prompts include the property, brand, and lead details needed to complete your request. We do not use your workspace content to train our own models.

4. Sharing

We share data only with subprocessors needed to run the Service — hosting, PostgreSQL database, email (Resend), SMS (Twilio), media storage (S3-compatible), AI providers, and PayPal for billing. We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention & deletion

Workspace data is retained while your account is active. Deleting your workspace permanently removes listings, contacts, leads, generated content, and audit logs after a 30-day recovery window. You may request export or deletion at any time via support@listingnestai.com.

6. Security

All traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS). Provider credentials you store are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Access to production systems is restricted and audited.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. Contact privacy@listingnestai.com to exercise these rights. If you are a visitor who checked in at an open house, contact the hosting agent (the data controller), or contact us and we will forward your request.
