Integrations & Settings

Two kinds of integrations

Platform-managed integrations (PayPal, media storage, RentCast property data, Google Maps, ElevenLabs narration) are configured once by the platform operator and work for every workspace.

Workspace integrations (Anthropic/OpenAI keys, Resend email, Twilio SMS, outbound webhooks) can be set per workspace in Settings → API Providers. Workspace keys override platform defaults and are encrypted at rest.

Connect your providers

1. 1Open Integrations to see every service and its connection status.
2. 2Click Configure on any workspace-level integration to enter your keys in Settings → API Providers.
3. 3Keys are encrypted with AES-256 and never shown again in full — only the last four characters.

Webhooks & CRM export

Set an outbound webhook URL to push every new lead to your CRM or Zapier in real time, signed so the receiver can verify it came from you.

Google Calendar sync

Connect your Google Calendar from the Integrations page, and every appointment and open house you create is added to your calendar automatically — rescheduled open houses update, and cancellations are removed.

The connection is per user: each teammate links their own Google account, and you can disconnect at any time from the same card.

Everything else in Settings

Settings holds your profile, workspace name, branding, notification preferences (hot-lead email and SMS alerts), team management, and security. Review platform URLs for Google, Zillow, Realtor.com, and Facebook live there too — they're where your review requests point.
