Automations & Follow-Ups

What automations do

Automations react to events: a new open-house visitor, a hot-lead alert, a closing. Each workflow has a trigger and a sequence of actions — typically AI-drafted SMS or email follow-ups, spaced over hours or days.

Consent is enforced — always

SMS and marketing email are only sent to contacts with a recorded, unrevoked consent record for that channel. Consent is checked twice: when a message is scheduled and again at the moment of sending.

When someone texts STOP, an opt-out record is created and their SMS consent is revoked automatically. START re-subscribes them. You never have to manage this by hand.

Scheduled messages

Everything queued to send lives under scheduled messages, where you can review or cancel before dispatch. The dispatcher runs every five minutes, retries failures, and logs every send.

Providers

Email sends through Resend; SMS through Twilio. Connect platform-level keys or your own workspace keys in Settings → API Providers.
